Welcome to North View Elementary
Friday, Oct. 24, 2014
Dear North View Families,
We are adding to our pumpkin carving
contest! For those who wish to
participate in a fun evening, North View Staff and Gethsemane United
Methodist Church will hold a safe trick-or-treat for North View families before
the pumpkin carving contest. Students will
have the opportunity to trick-or-treat in the North View classrooms from
6:00-6:30 p.m. Kids
are encouraged to wear friendly costumes, but costumes are not necessary. This portion of the evening is free.
Following trick-or-treating, the pumpkin carving contest contestants
will work from 6:30-7:30 to create the best pumpkin they can. All pumpkins and tools for the carving
contest will be provided. You do not
need to bring anything. Hot apple cider
and cookies will be available during and after the pumpkin contest! Contestants
can get their picture taken with their pumpkin and prizes will be handed out
shortly after. If you need another registration form please pick one up in the
Reminder: Registration is $5 per pumpkin and must be turned in by
Monday, October the 20th.
We hope to
see you all here!
