Parents and Students:

COVID-19 has made us all much more aware of how easy it is to spread sickness and disease. It has forced us to interact with each other differently and keep in mind some simple changes in habit in order to stay healthy. Some of those habits include:

  • Wash your hands frequently, especially after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing into your hands
  • Avoid sharing drinks or food and stay away from persons who are ill
  • Eat right and get enough sleep, avoid allowing yourself to become run down
  • If you are sick with a fever or vomiting, stay home from work or school
