1 backpack

1 pair of scissors (child-size)

3 boxes of yellow #2 pencils

2 boxes of 8 ct. Crayola crayons

2 box of 24 ct. Crayola crayons

10-12 Glue Sticks

2 packs of 4x6 index cards

4 pack of Jumbo Dry Erase Markers

4 pack of Play Dough

1 plain red folder

1 plain blue folder

3 boxes of tissues

2 containers of disinfectant wipes

1 box of ziplock baggies (girls-gallon size, boys-sandwich size)

*For the art teacher: Crayola Markers    (bold, classic, assorted, or bight colors)

 

 Please only label scissors…other supplies will be placed in community bins!  

 For collection purposes . . . please send all supplies to school in a plastic bag labeled with your child’s name

2012-1013

2 packages notebook paper wide-ruled (loose leaf)

Notebooks: (70 count) 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 purple, 1 orange

A 2 pocket folder, one of each color – 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 purple, 1 orange

3 packages of #2 pencils (sharpened) to be used by your child throughout the year

Good working eraser or cap erasers

1 red pen

1 box of colored pencils

1 set of markers

1 highlighter (any color)

1 pair of scissors (6’’ – 9”) with your name on them

Several glue sticks

1 small bottle of liquid glue

A package of three black dry-erase markers for in-class use

1 zippered flat pencil pouch labeled with your name - no box

2 GB flash drive

1 clipboard-wooden kind is more durable

Suggested donations:

  • 2 boxes of tissue
  • Girls: Gallon bags with zip top, baby wipes
  • Boys: 1 bottle of hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes
  • Ream of white copy paper

** Mrs. Burt would like fourth graders to bring two or more Sharpie fine point markers and two pink pearl erasers (or one pencil sharpener with shaving collector)
