Muncie Community Schools PreK
Preparing your child for Kindergarten

MCS PreK Program believes children learn best by doing, which includes playing, exploring their interests and problem solving. MCS strives to provide a foundation of developmentally appropriate experiences where all children can succeed in a safe and nurturing environment.  In order for children to develop and grow, they need a variety of experiences to become school and life-ready. MCS is determined to provide diverse programming that includes free play, exploration and developmentally appropriate activities that focus on each child’s social emotional well-being, physical health and growth, and core academic areas.
