Former Students Returning

Enrollment is easier than ever for FORMER students who are returning to MCS.  Returning students are not currently active in MCS and may have attended, or been tested for special services any time in the past.

Families of former students should complete the Returning Student Request Form . Do not submit a new pre-registration form. 

Once the student record is activated,  you will receive an email to complete enrollment in your Parent Portal account. 

Families wishing to transfer to a different MCS school should refer the the Student Transfer  page and complete the appropriate form.
