Transcripts and Student Records
A student records request may include transcripts, report cards, attendance records, enrollment verification, and other educational records maintained by the district.
Please note that certain documents, including birth certificates, immunization (shot) records, medical records, and other records not maintained by the district, might not be available in the student record and may need to be obtained from the original issuing agency or healthcare provider.
